Most importantly, we strongly encourage you to try our software before you make your purchase. We have made it easy to obtain fully functional 30-day trial versions of our products, and we are available to answer technical questions about the capabilities of our products to help you make an informed decision.
Refund and Return Policy Details
- Our customers have the right to request a full refund for a SpaceWorks Software product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- This policy applies to purchases made online through the SpaceWorks Software website, and purchases made by phone with a sales representative at SpaceWorks Software.
- We ask our customers to please contact our technical support staff before submitting a refund request. We are here to help you get up and running with our products. Send us an email, call us, or look for our live chat support online (subject to availability during business hours).
- SpaceWorks Software is not responsible for delays in downloading or any communication delays that are related to the customer's web host, IT administration, or other circumstance that is beyond our control. You are responsible for ensuring that you can download and install the software that you purchase onto your computer. Please try a 30-day demo version first!
How To Request a Refund:
- Send us an email with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Please specify in the email the reason you are asking for a refund.
- Please allow us up to three business days to investigate the cause of the malfunction and issue a refund. You will receive a follow-up email from our support team to inform you of your refund approval.
- Once your refund is approved, we require that you send us a signed Letter of Destruction by fax (404.991.2215) or as a scanned document attached to an email (email@example.com). Please use the SpaceWorks Software Letter of Destruction template.
- You will receive your refunded money according to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
