SpaceWorks Software Announces Mr. Jon Wallace as its New President

Atlanta, April 1, 2011 - SpaceWorks Software, a division of SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc. (SEI), announced today that Mr. Jon Wallace will become its new divisional President effective immediately. Mr. Wallace will replace Dr. John Bradford, who has led the successful growth of the division since its inception in 2008.

"I'm pleased to have Jon take the helm of our Software Division," noted Dr. John R. Olds, founder and CEO of SEI. "Jon's experience in the Engineering Division makes him a perfect choice to interface with our customers for our existing software products, and his leadership capabilities are well-proven. Jon also brings a fresh look to our software business line, and I look to him to roll out some exciting new software products in the near future. Our goal is to invest heavily in our software line of business this year, so look for SpaceWorks Software to continue to grow and expand."

"Prior to his appointment at SpaceWorks Software, Mr. Wallace served for four years as a Senior Project Engineer within the Advanced Concepts Group of SpaceWorks Engineering. In this role he was responsible for managing a number of technical analysis and design projects for government and commercial clients including NASA and the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Wallace has been a part of the evolution and growth of SEI since he joined the firm in 2002 as a Project Engineer.

Mr. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering (magna cum laude) from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Senior Member of the AIAA.
